Canadian Deans launch Accord for Aboriginal Learning
Deans from Faculties of Education across Canada joined with Aboriginal Leaders on Tuesday, June 1, at a ceremony launching a historic Accord on Indigenous Education. Hosted by the Association of Canadian Deans of Education, the highly successful launch took place at the Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences annual conference at Concordia University in Montreal. Dean Julia O’Sullivan was present to sign the Indigenous Education Accord on behalf of Western’s Faculty of Education.
