How to Order from The Althouse Press

You may order directly from The Althouse Press. Please follow the instructions below. All orders under $75.00 must be prepaid by cheque, money order, or Visa / Mastercard. All cheques should be made payable to The University of Western Ontario.

All warehouse clearance titles will be assessed no further discounts and are non-returnable.

All prepaid Canadian orders must include a shipping and handling fee of $9.00. For information on shipping and handling fees for international orders, please contact The Athouse Press (a minimum of $15.00 will be charged). All invoiced orders will be assessed a minimum shipping and handling fee of $8.00 plus postage. All Canadian orders must include GST or HST* where applicable. Our GST/ Business Number is 10816 2587 RT 0001.

*Where applicable, 5% GST must be paid on books and the cost of shipping and handling charges.

  1. You may e-mail us at press@uwo.ca (Please note that we are prohibited from receiving credit card information via email.)
  2. You may fax your order complete with credit card information to: 519-661-3714.
  3. You may call The Althouse Press at: 519-661-2096. Please do not leave your credit card information on our voicemail.
  4. You may send your order in written form to:
