Tracking down readings and research articles is a common to-do item for any new student. This section is intended to save you time by outlining typical sources for readings and research articles at Western Education.
- Book distributors → Indigo, Amazon, local retailers can often order print books
- Book publishers → Sage, Routledge, etc. sell print and electronic versions, and often time there are gratis chapters available
- Western Libraries Catalogue → for books that are electronic, some restrictions apply
- Western Libraries Databases → for journals and other publications
- OWL Course Site → electronic journal articles, book chapters, and other scans
- VitalSource → this is an organization that “rents” books electronically
- Google and Google Scholar Searches → use the advanced functions
