Current Students

  • Save the date: Research Day is Monday, March 19th. For those who submitted an "Intent to Present" form, we will confirm by Friday, February 17th if we can NOT cover the cost of printing your poster. Assume your request is approved as submitted if you don't hear anything. The deadline to submit the Powerpoint presentation of your poster is Thursday, March 1st. More details can be found on the Research Day web site.

  • Please check the monthly calendars on the "Timetables and Calendars" page for information and deadlines.

  • Please note that email communication, via your UWO email account, is our main method of communication. It is every student's responsibility to check this account regularly and maintain it so it does not reach capacity. The Graduate Programs Office will not be held responsible for students missing information due to their UWO email account being full or not reading email.

  • Ph.D. students - please check your mailbox in the Graduate Programs Office.

This page also includes a "Next Steps" section, and this information is included in the "Offer Insert" letter you will receive from the Graduate Programs Office if offered admission.
