-
Apply to Graduate - The on-line application to graduate will be available from February 4 - March 15, 2008. You must apply to graduate in order to be recommended to the OCT, regardless of whether you plan to attend the convocation ceremony on June 13. Recommendations for certification will be submitted to the OCT after successful completion of your BEd/DipEd program requirements and adjudication of your grades by approximately mid-May. If you do not plan to attend the graduation ceremony and would like to have your diploma sent to you, please click on the "Your Diploma" section in the above link. Applications for graduation submitted after the deadline will be subject to a $50 late fee.
-
You must arrange to have your transcripts sent directly to the OCT by granting institutions. Transcripts for postsecondary degrees completed in Ontario may be ordered directly from the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC) through the above OCT link. Please request your teacher education transcripts to be submitted to the OCT after your BEd/DipEd has been conferred, which is Friday, June 13. Additional UWO transcripts can be ordered through the Registrar's Office at http://www.registrar.uwo.ca/InfoServices/Transcripts.cfm
-
It will take OCT approximately 10 business days after your file is complete to license you (approximately July 1).
-
Your final grades can be viewed through the Student Services website after your academic record has been checked to ensure your graduation requirements have been met, approximately mid-May. At this stage your transcript may indicate your program has been completed, but it will not show your degree has been conferred.
