Math Dance

This is a rhythmic dance that takes place at a bus stop.  The students are using cell phones, a bucket and basketballs.  Half way through the dance, the students recite a rap to explain the objects that they are using at the bus stop.

The Math Performance Festival is funded by the Imperial Oil Foundation, the Fields Institute, Research Western, the Faculty of Education at UWO, and the Canadian Mathematical Society. A project by George Gadanidis (UWO), Susan Gerofsky (UBC), and Rick Jardine (UWO).
