Early Years Homebook

The Homebook was designed to encourage at-home family participation and complements the Family Math activities for each session. Families are provided with ideas and materials, such as a home estimating jar, to continue and extend session activities at home. Families are encouraged to share their explorations through the homebook drawings or discussions. A "Happy Face" sticker is given to children who attempt the activities.

The Early Years Homebook is in booklet format with printing on both sides of the pages. The following two files need to be printed to create the booklet. Print the first file (HomebookFr.pdf) and you will have eight pages printed on one side. To complete the booklet put the sheets just printed back in the paper tray so the back of the last page printed is set to be printed on first (with the top of the page being fed into the printer) when the second file is called up (HomebookBack.pdf). Load the second file (HomebookBack.pdf) and hit print. After the second file is printed you will have a complete copy of the Early Years Homebook.
