How Family Math Works

The Program 6 weeks - one session per week held in community settings sessions begin with a meal parents learn how to help their children with math

Teacher Leader understands math curriculum and takes a leadership role in the teaching aspects of the program	Community Leader oversees development and organizational details of the program and coordinates site

Volunteers
Teaching Volunteers help with the teaching aspects of the program	Community Volunteers help with the site set-up and clean-up, meals and childcare

Families The program is for parents. Children develop positive attitudes when families have fun working together.
