Hardware/Software Requirements
A. Online Hardware and Software Requirements
The main hardware and software requirements are a fully functional computer with a connection to the Internet and an active email account. No specific hardware minimum standards are set beyond having a computer which is capable of running a current Internet browser at a speed which is satisfactory to the end user. The faster your computer and internet connection are the more satisfactory your experience will be.

After logging in to your course visit the Help Centre for "how to" information and answers to frequently asked questions.

Before you call or email, you need the following information:
- Name
- Student Number
- Web Browser
- Type - Internet Explorer, Firefox
- Version - Select Help, then About on your browser's toolbar
- Computer Type - Mac or PC
- The URL or location of the page you were on when the error occurred. This information is in the location bar of your browser and starts with http:// or https://
- The error message, if any, that appeared on your screen
