Emphasis on planning and evaluation of Junior Division programs; selection and analysis of various assessment techniques; an intensive study of two chosen areas of the Junior curriculum.

1. A Certificate of Qualification indicating successful completion of Part 1;(It is not necessary to submit a hard copy as proof can be obtained from the Public Register of the Ontario College of Teachers.)

2. Evidence of at least one year (194 days) of successful teaching experience, as certified by an appropriate supervisory officer (superintendent, not principal). Teaching experience MUST BE COMPLETED prior to the first day of the course.
