Managerial-leadership skills will be emphasized. Various teaching styles and materials will be developed. Attention will be given to adapting curricula for students with special needs.

1. A Certificate of Qualification indicating successful completion of Part 2; (It is not necessary to submit a hard copy as proof can be obtained from the Public Register of the Ontario College of Teachers.)

2. Evidence of at least two years (388 days) of successful teaching experience, of which at least one year (194 days) is in Ontario in the subject area, as certified by an appropriate supervisory officer (superintendent, not principal). Teaching experience MUST BE COMPLETED prior to the first day of the course.
