CALL FOR PROPOSALS
Comparative and International Education Society of Canada (CIESC)
Conference 2011, Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada
May 28-June 4, 2011
This annual gathering of CIESC members is part of the Canadian Society for the Study of Education (CSSE) conference with the general theme Coasts and Continents: Exploring people and places. Proposals are welcome on this and other comparative and international education themes.
We would like to invite proposals for:
- Individual Papers
- Themed sessions and symposiums
- Panel sessions
- Workshops
- Round Table discussions
- Posters and other multimedia presentations
The participation of graduate students is encouraged.
All proposals will be peer reviewed.

Comparative & International Education Society (CIES) 2011
CALL FOR PROPOSALS
This annual gathering of CIES, will be held with the general
theme Education is that which liberates, which serves as this year's conference theme, is taken from the Sanskrit Sa vidya ya vimuktaye. Hosted by the Faculty of Education at McGill University (established in 1821), this
year's conference will be held for the first time in Montréal, Québec, Canada.
