Jessica Jean Campbell Coulson Award

This award, established through Foundation Western by Mr. David Campbell (BA '38) is presented in memory of his daughter Jessica, who was known for her care and compassion in assisting students with learning disabilities. This award is presented to one graduate student who is conducting research in the area of special education. The award is granted through a competitive process that investigates both the merit of the project and of the student. One award in the amount of approximately $1,125 is granted annually. Eligible graduate students may apply for this award between February 15 and April 15 in each academic year; at that time, downloadable forms are available on the Centre's website. The winner of the award is acknowledged at the annual Faculty of Education Awards Ceremony the following June.
