Application for Membership
Individual subscriptions are $30.00 ($35.00 outside Canada) for the calendar year ($25.00 and $30.00 for students and for retired or unsalaried persons). You may also become a Sustaining Member for $50 or a Friend of the Journal for $100 annually. Institutional subscriptions are $45.00 ($50.00 outside Canada) for the calendar year. Subscriptions include annual membership in chea/ache.
