EXPERIENCE PROFILE - ALL APPLICANTS

Experience Profile Usage and Evaluation:

1. Your 'Experience Profile' is used along with your other application data to aid in the decision making process when applications are reviewed by the admissions committee.

2. Assessment of submitted Experience Profiles is done anonymously by faculty, teachers and principals.

Instructions:

1. Use only the form provided on the next page. Letters of reference and resumes are not accepted.

2. You must complete all sections A, B, and C. All fields are required to be completed.

3. Experience Profiles must be submitted online using this form only. Upon completion of the form click the "Submit' button at the bottom of the page.  After a short delay you will see a confirmation screen indicating that your form was successfully submitted. This is the only confirmation you will get of submission so please print that final screen for your records.

4. The form must be completed and submitted in one session. You cannot complete part of the form in a first session and then return at a later time to complete the remaining portions.

5. Responses may be prepared in a word processor. Text may then be copied and pasted into the 'Experience Profile' form.

6. Technological Studies and Music Applicants Only: You are required to complete an additional information form and mail it to the Faculty of Education. A link to download this form will be displayed upon submission of your online experience profile.
